TAMPA Information

Coach,

We are excited to host you at Future 500 ID Camp – Tampa this January, 2022. Below is information that will help you plan your time with us.

General Information:

Date: January 15th and January 16th, 2022

Location: Ellis-Methvin Park, Plant City, FL

Location Address: 2601 E Cherry St, Plant City, FL 33563

Camp Time: Each day is scheduled to run 10:00am – 6:00pm

Coach Arrival Time: 9:45am each day

Other: Lunch and snacks will be provided

What To Expect Moving Forward:

We will send an email update about camp and any updated information every 7-10 days
Before camp, you will receive an email with a .pdf copy of the camp book which will include the camp schedule and all roster information including campers emails
2 emails in the final days leading up to camp to ensure that you have all of the proper information

W9 Form Needed:

Please make sure that you fill out a W9 Form and Submit it here
Because we are entering a new calendar year (2022), everyone must fill out a W9 Form
If you work another camp in 2022 for us, you will not need to fill out another W9 Form

Hotel Information:

Please note: The following information may not apply to you
You will be staying at the Hampton Inn Plant City
Hotel Address: 2702 Thonotosassa Rd Plant City, FL, 33563
When you arrive at the hotel, simply give them your name and that you are with Future 500 ID Camp. Everything else will be taken care of
Please note, you will have a roommate

Shuttle Information:

Please note: The following information may not apply to you
We will be able to provide a shuttle at the designated dates and times below. If you have any questions about the shuttle, please make sure that you reach out to us.
We will send a follow up email a week before camp to confirm your shuttle needs (if applicable)

We will be able to provide a shuttle from the Hotel to the Field at the start of each day and a shuttle from the Field to the Hotel at the end of each day without any prior notice. Please note, this is only for coaches who fly to camp.

January 15th: Shuttle departs Tampa Airport for Hotel at 10:00pm
January 16th: Shuttle departs Tampa Airport for Soccer Field at 8:45am
January 16th: Shuttle departs Soccer Field for Tampa Airport at 6:00pm
Please note: we are unable to provide a shuttle to Tampa Airport on January 17th

Flight Information:

Please note: The following information may not apply to you
You are responsible for booking your own flight to camp
Please see shuttle times above if you would like us to provide that service to you
We will send a follow up email a week before camp to confirm your flight times (if applicable)
