REQUIRED FOR CAMPERS WHO WANT A SHUTTLE TO/FROM AIRPORT

To accommodate the large number of participants attending camp world-wide, Future 500 ID Camps offer a Shuttle Service. This form is to be completed by parents or legal guardians of campers electing to use the Future 500 Shuttle Service to or from selected Airports.
