Use this guide for step-by-step instructions on how to create your Camp Account and make changes to your registration data.
*Important: Not all data can be registration data can be changed manually. Changes that require a refund will need to be handled by Linda (email@example.com)

How to use your camp account
Within your Camp Account you can make payments to your account balance, as well as add options like the Film package, Unlimited Gatorade, Extra Training, Speed Testing, etc. In addition, you can update your Primary Contact Email and add/edit your Roommate Request.
IMPORTANT: You will only be able to make registration changes that affect your account balance until May 15. If you need help creating a camp account and making changes to your registration, see this link for detailed instructions!

AIRPORT SHUTTLE to/FROM PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL
Step 1) Log onto your online camp account and pay for your airport shuttle service.
Step 2) After completing step 1, go to this page to get detailed Airport Shuttle information and submit your flight details
*IMPORTANT: We DO NOT provide airport pick up for those arriving the day before camp begins and those leaving a day after camp ends. It is up to the individual family to arrange for transportation to/from camp.
*$275 Non-Refundable Deposit is required at registration in order to reserve your spot. Any monies paid beyond the deposit amount are completely refundable until 21 days prior to the start of the program. At 21 days prior to the start of the program no refunds will be issued, only credit to a future camp.
The balance is due 21 days prior to the start of camp. Any outstanding balance will incur a late fee if not paid by 21 days before the first day of camp. Balances will be collected automatically from the credit card on file 21 days before the start of each camp. For our entire refund policy, please visit our FAQ Page. For cancellations received a minimum of 21 days prior to the start of camp, a complete refund minus the $275 deposit will be issued.
*If your team makes USYSA Regionals and the dates conflict with Future 500 ID Camp, we will refund your money minus a $50 administrative fee, provided written notification is provided at least 10 days prior to the start of camp.

DOUBLE-CHECK primary EMAIL ON YOUR REGISTRATION
If college coaches would like to communicate to a camper after camp; they will use the email address listed under the Primary Contact Email on the registration form. Please log back into your account to make sure that the current email listed as the Primary Contact Email is the preferred address (accurate) for college coaches to contact the camper.
- Want to watch your son/daughter play? Parents are welcome to spectate all games/training sessions at Future 500! Match schedules will be released on Day 1 of each camp
- Check with your camper for his/her pod number and team name. Then, check the Camper Schedule (released on Day 1) to find the Field and Game time.
parent education seminar
Exclusively for parents, Future 500 will host an in-depth 90-minute seminar on the first day of camp discussing the college search, recruiting and selection process. The highly popular seminar will begin promptly at 2pm in McInnis Learning Center.
Check-in occurs from 12PM-1:30PM EDT on the first day at the McInnis Learning Center (Eastern University). On the last day, check-out occurs between 10 am to 12 pm EDT (according to your camper schedule). The first meal of camp is dinner on the first day (except for prepaid early arrivals). At check-in, dormitory assignments at Cabrini and Eastern Universities will be distributed.

Directions to Check-In Location at Eastern University – St. Davids (Main) Campus
Directions to Eastern – St. Davids (Main) Campus can be found here. Eastern – St. Davids (Main) Campus is where our main headquarters are located – and is where camp registration will occur.
Note: Once on campus, park in the Lower Parking Lot immediately below McInnis Hall (we will have clearly marked signs that will point you to McInnis Hall). We will check you in and then direct you to your respective dormitory on Eastern or Cabrini Campuses.
On the last day, you must check out of your dormitory between 10 am to 12 pm EDT (check your camper schedule). Once you have completed your final 8v8 match, attended your closing ceremony, and checked out of your dormitory, you are free to leave campus.
When checking out of Cabrini dorms, you will return your key card and key in the dorm lobby.
When checking out of Eastern dorms, you will return your E-card and key on the hill outside of Hainer Hall.

EARLY ARRIVALS/LATE STAYERS
If you have registered for Early Arrival or Late Departure options, please observe normal meal hours, which are different than the duration of camp:
- Breakfast: 8-9 am
- Lunch: 12-1 pm
- Dinner: 5-6 pm
*IMPORTANT: We DO NOT provide airport pick up for those arriving a day earlier and those leaving a day late. It is up to the individual family to arrange for transportation to/from camp. If arriving a day early, please do not arrive on campus before 7:30 PM EDT. If leaving a day late, players need to be off campus by 9:00 AM EDT, so please make your arrangements accordingly. Also, please select the applicable options for Early Arrivals and Late Departures on your registration form.
