Airport Shuttle Form (PHiladelphia)

REQUIRED FOR CAMPERS WHO WANT A SHUTTLE TO/FROM PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

To accommodate the large number of participants attending camp world-wide, Future 500 ID Camps offer a Shuttle Service. This form is to be completed by parents or legal guardians of campers electing to use the Future 500 Shuttle Service to or from Philadelphia International Airport.

COST

Shuttle service fee is $35 (one way) paid in your online camp account.

SHUTTLE PICKUP SCHEDULE

Boys Week 1: Monday, June 24 at 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM

Girls Week: Saturday, June 29 at 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM

Boys Week 2: Friday, July 6 at 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM

SHUTTLE DROP-OFF SCHEDULE

Boys Week 1: Shuttle Departs Eastern’s Campus to PHL on June 27 at 1:00 PM

Girls Week: Shuttle Departs Eastern’s Campus to PHL on July 2 at 1:00 PM

Boys Week 2: Shuttle Departs Eastern’s Campus to PHL on July 9 at 1:00 PM

IMPORTANT: For return flights, please do not schedule flights before 4:00 PM on the day camp ends

EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE DEPARTURES

We DO NOT provide airport pick up for those arriving a day earlier and those leaving a day late. It is up to the individual family to arrange for transportation to/from camp. If arriving a day early, please do not arrive on campus before 7:30 PM EST. If leaving a day late, players need to be off campus by 9:00 AM EST, so please make your arrangements accordingly. Also, please select the applicable options for early arrivals and late departures on your registration form.

PICKUP LOCATION AT PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

ALL PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF OCCURS IN ZONE 8 OUTSIDE OF TERMINAL B/C AT PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. In the event of a delayed arrival, the parent or participant should contact Linda at 610-325-7883. A Future 500 ID Camp Soccer staff member will be present on the shuttle. The above times represent the approximate time at which the participant can expect a shuttle to be at the Philadelphia Airport. We will contact participants the week prior to scheduled service with more details regarding specifics of the pickup. For return flights, please do not schedule flights before 4:00 PM on the day camp ends. We do not offer shuttle service outside of the above-listed times (with the exception of accommodation for delayed/canceled flights that are outside of your control)
